  • Add the chicken tenders to a plate.
  • Drizzle half the avocado on the chicken, and do the same with the salt and pepper.
  • Flip the chicken over and drizzle the avocado oil, salt, and black pepper on it. move the chicken around to make sure they all get coated.
  • Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 390F for 14 minutes flipping halfway.
  • Once the timer goes off make sure the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F before removing.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
