Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies

This amazing chicken and veggies in the Air Fryer is full of protein and healthy. Have dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1 lb radishes cut in half
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil divided
  • 1 tsp salt divided
  • ½ tsp black pepper divided

Instructions
 

  • Chop the vegetables into bite-size pieces adding them to a large mixing bowl.
  • Then you will need to cut your chicken breast into bite-size pieces. About 1inch cubes. Place them into another mixing bowl.
  • Take your avocado oil, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic and split them between the two bowls.
  • Mix them all around so both the vegetables and chicken are coated with the seasonings.
  • Transfer the chicken to the bowl of vegetables and mix the chicken in.
  • Place the chicken and vegetables into an Air Fryer basket. You may have to do these in batches.
  • Cook the chicken and vegetables at 390F for 12 minutes. Flipping them halfway through.
  • Remove from the Air Fryer basket and serve.
