Air Fryer Chicken and Veggies

1 lb chicken breast cubed 1 lb radishes cut in half 1 zucchini 1 bell pepper 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic minced 3 tbsp avocado oil divided 1 tsp salt divided ½ tsp black pepper divided
Chop the vegetables into bite-size pieces adding them to a large mixing bowl.
Then you will need to cut your chicken breast into bite-size pieces. About 1inch cubes. Place them into another mixing bowl.
Take your avocado oil, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic and split them between the two bowls.
Mix them all around so both the vegetables and chicken are coated with the seasonings.
Transfer the chicken to the bowl of vegetables and mix the chicken in.
Place the chicken and vegetables into an Air Fryer basket. You may have to do these in batches.
Cook the chicken and vegetables at 390F for 12 minutes. Flipping them halfway through.
Remove from the Air Fryer basket and serve.
