- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp ginger ground
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/8 tsp red pepper crushed
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water cold
Combine the honey, soy sauce, water, ground ginger, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat.
In a small bowl mix the cornstarch and cold water. Stir until dissolved.
Add the flour mixture to the saucepan, and mix well.
Cook the sauce, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat
Store in a glass airtight container.
