Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp ginger ground
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water cold

Instructions
 

  • Combine the honey, soy sauce, water, ground ginger, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl mix the cornstarch and cold water. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add the flour mixture to the saucepan, and mix well.
  • Cook the sauce, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat
  • Store in a glass airtight container.
