Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 shake n bake

Instructions
 

  • In one bowl crack in your egg and add your milk. Whisk them together.
  • In another bowl add your Shake n Bake seasoning.
  • Place the chicken in the egg wash making sure you get both sides. Next, transfer the chicken into the Shake n Bake seasoning. Flip the chicken over and make sure it's completely covered in the breadcrumbs.
  • Transfer the chicken over to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the chicken for 18 minutes at 390F. Flipping the chicken halfway though.
  • Once time goes off. Make sure the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F.
  • Remove from the air fryer basket and serve.
