In a large mixing bowl add in your ground chicken, avocado oil, salt, and black pepper. Using your hands, crumble up the ground chicken.
Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil
Transfer to the air fryer basket. Make sure you do it in a single layer.
Cook at 350F for 8 minutes. Stopping halfway through and flipping the ground chicken.
Remove from the air fryer basket and serve.
