  • Cut the potatoes into 1 inch slices/cubes.
  • Place the cubed potatoes into a mixing bowl and pour half the avocado oil, salt, and black pepper on top and mix together.
  • Place the chicken thighs into a mixing bowl and add the remaining avocado oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix them together.
  • Transfer chicken thighs and potatoes into the Air Fryer basket. (depending on the size of the chicken thighs you may to do 2 batches)
  • Cook at 390F for 14 minutes flipping them halfway through.
  • Remove chicken thighs and potatoes and squeeze half a lemon mainly on the chicken thighs.
  • Serve and enjoy.
