5 Chicken tenders ½ cup flour ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp black pepper 1 Egg
Get two mixing bowls and add the dry ingredients in one and crack the egg into the other one.
Place the chicken tenders into the flour and then into the egg mixture. Immediately put the chicken tenders back into the flour mixture.
Transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket.
Spray the chicken with avocado oil and cook at 390F for 14 minutes flipping halfway through.
Once the timer goes off make sure the internal temperature is 165F. Remove and serve.
