Butterfly the chicken breast. Use a meat mallet and pound the chicken breast

In a mixing bowl add the egg and milk. Whisk together

In another mixing bowl add the dry ingredients.

Submerge the chicken into the egg wash then Make sure you coat both sides.

Transfer to the panko bread crumbs. Make sure to coat both sides.

Transfer to the air fryer basket.

Flip the chicken breast and spray the top with avocado oil

Remove from Air Fryer and transfer to a plate.

Pour your katsu sauce on top of the chicken.
